TRURO — At least three challengers plan to run for the two select board seats on Truro’s May 14 ballot this year — Susan Girard-Irwin.
We believe Susan Girard-Irwin will be a strong leader on the select board and urge Truro citizens to give her one of their two votes for select board.
TRURO — At a well-attended candidates forum on May 7, the four people running for two seats on the select board in the May 29 town election stated the priorities that would shape their approaches to the job.
Susan is a thoughtful, articulate,
hard-working person who
accomplishes what she sets out to
do. This is the type of person we
need on Truro’s select board. I will
be voting for her on May 29 at the
Truro Community Center.
Susan Girard-Irwin said she is pledging to be an engaged leader who listens to diverse
perspectives and bases actions on science, data and citizen input. Her vision is to ensure Truro evolves into an innovative, sustainable community that supports a socio-
economically and culturally diverse population of all ages.
